WHAT THE PROGRAM IS ABOUT
SamCee Future Pro is a structured football development pathway created for talented young players aged 16–23 who want to pursue football professionally. The program was established to support ambitious players who possess ability and potential but may have had limited access to organized football, structured development, or competitive exposure during their formative years.
Through elite training, competitive integration, professional mentorship, and strategic development planning, SamCee Future Pro provides players with a genuine opportunity to grow within a professional football environment. This program is a collaborative initiative between:
- Teta Sports Consult
- SamCee Soccer Training Center
- Toman Mariners FC
Together, these institutions provide a connected ecosystem for player identification, exposure, and progression.
WHY SAMCEE FUTURE PRO EXISTS
In Ghana, many talented footballers begin pursuing football seriously only after completing secondary school. While naturally gifted, many of these players lack:
- Organized football education.
- Structured training environments.
- Competitive match exposure.
- Professional development guidance.
SamCee Future Pro was created to bridge that gap. The objective is simple: To identify talented players and provide them with a structured pathway into organised football and long-term football opportunities.

SamCee Future Pro operates within a broader football development structure designed to support player progression.
Toman Mariners FC
Toman Mariners FC serves as the competitive platform within this ecosystem. Selected players may transition into organised competitive football through:
- League participation,
- Advanced team integration,
- Competitive evaluations,
- Long-term football opportunities.
This provides players exposure within a recognized football structure while continuing their development.
WHO THE PROGRAM IS FOR
SamCee Future Pro is designed for:
- Players aged 16–23
- Talented players with limited competitive football background
- Players serious about improving and pursuing football opportunities
- Young athletes willing to commit to discipline, training, and development
TRAINING STRUCTURE
Training sessions run:
Monday – Friday
3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Typical training sessions include:
1. Warm-up & conditioning
2. Technical development
3. Tactical training & game understanding
4. Small-sided games & match scenarios
5. Video analysis & football education
6. Recovery, feedback & reflection
ENROLMENT PROCESS
Step 1 — Application
Interested applicants complete the official application form and receive their SamCee Future Pro training package.
Included Training Gear
- Training Jersey
- Football Hose/Socks
- Club T-Shirt
- Two Training Vests
Step 2 — Evaluation/Tryout Program
Applicants participate in a structured 10-day evaluation period designed to assess:
- Technical ability,
- Tactical understanding,
- Discipline,
- Attitude,
- Physical capacity,
- Commitment.
Step 3 — Interview
Selected applicants and their families will meet with the coaching and administrative team.
This stage allows the program to build relationships with families who share.
PLAYER ADMISSION & DEVELOPMENT PATHWAYS
Following the evaluation process, admitted applicants will be placed within the program according to their current football level, experience, and readiness.
PATHWAY 1 - FIRST TEAM INTEGRATION
Applicants with active Colts football engagement who demonstrate the ability to compete at the Division Three level may be integrated directly into the Toman Mariners FC first team environment.
These players will:
- train with the first team,
- participate in advanced development sessions,
- and continue their progression within the competitive structure
DUAL DEVELOPMENT INTEGRATION
Applicants who demonstrate strong potential and ability but do not currently possess active Colts engagement may begin training with:
- The Toman Mariners FC first team environment,
- The mandatory SamCee Future Pro Core Program Team.
This pathway allows players to adapt gradually to the demands of organized competitive football while continuing foundational development.
CORE PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT TEAM
Applicants who demonstrate promise but are not yet ready for first team training will begin within
the SamCee Future Pro Core Program Team.
This phase focuses on:
- Technical development,
- Football education,
- Physical preparation,
- Tactical understanding,
- Professional habits.
Players within the Core Program Team remain under continuous evaluation and may progress into higher competitive levels based on development and performance.
